Calathea - Rattlesnake

Description

Calathea insignis is an evergreen perennial that forms clumps of narrow, erect, wavy-edged, lance-shaped leaves that are pale green with dark blotches and purplish red on the undersides that are soft to the touch. In nature, Rattlesnake plant lives in warm and moist areas of the rainforest. It needs plenty of warmth and moisture to thrive.

Humidity:  High. 50%+. Gently mist leaves once a week with distilled water.
