Peace Lily - Sensation

Description

The peace lily is a tropical species that is a favourite flowering houseplant. A striking plant when used in mass display, the peace lily blooms in spring with long-lasting flowers that hover gracefully over the leaves on the stalks. A well-grown peace lily may bloom twice a year, resulting in several months of flowers.

Family: Araceae.

Suitable: Indoor / outdoor.

Max height: 60cm.

Toxins removed: Ammonia, Benzene, Formaldehyde, Trichloroethylene, Toluene, & Xylene.

Pet Friendly: Toxic.

Water: Moderate. Leaves will sag when water is required.

Light: Indirect light / Shade. Leaves will be damaged in direct sun.

Temperature: 16 - 21°C. Ideal room temperature.

Humidity: High. 60% - 70%. Mist leaves at least twice a week.

Soil: Good drainage potting mix. Keep soil moist but not wet. 5.8 - 6.5 ph.

Fertilizer: Once a month in spring & summer.
