Do you ship outside of Auckland?
Sure do! We ship our products all over New Zealand. Plants are sent out on Mon/Tues/Wed to avoid sitting in courier depots over the weekend. There is an additional $5 charge for rural addresses.
I am worried that my plant will be damaged or lost in the post...
We have great confidence in our packaging that your plant will arrive safely. We have shipped plants all over Aotearoa with a very low damage rate, if your parcel is lost or badly damaged we will replace it free of charge :)
Can I order multiple plants and save on shipping?
Yes, currently you can order 2+ plants for the same shipping cost as one! Flat rate for each order.
I am having trouble placing an order, there are no shipping options...
Sometimes it is difficult for our system to calculate shipping costs when a variety of plant sizes and products have been added. Please contact us and we will sort out a solution!
Is the plant in the display photo the plant I will receive?
The plant used for display is usually a semi mature plant so will likely be a medium or large size. We will do our best to upload photos of each sizes but feel free to message us for an accurate photo of the plant you will receive.
I am really after a certain plant but it is not on your website or is sold out...
Please contact us and we will see if we can find one hiding in the nursery or we will try contact our suppliers. Not all plants are listed online if stock/sizes are limited or if the plant is relatively new.
I am unsure what plant is suitable for my home/office...
